Protecting your personal data matters to me. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 – TKG 2021, Austrian Data Protection Act – DSG).
2. Hosting (Wix)
This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel. When you visit the website, Wix processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser type) in so-called server log files. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Wix.
3. Online booking and shop orders
When you book a session or purchase a digital product in the shop, I process the data you provide (name, email address, billing address, phone number if provided, chosen appointment or purchased product) in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Bookings and orders are processed via Wix Bookings and Wix Stores. For digital products, you will receive a download link by email once payment has been received.
Voluntary information about your topics: For some offers (e.g. ISIS ANGEL HEALING©), you can or should state which topics you would like to work on when booking. This information may include sensitive data (e.g. about your health). By submitting your booking, you expressly consent to my processing this information solely to prepare and carry out your session (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
Providing your name, email address, billing address and the appointment or product is necessary to conclude the contract; without this information, I cannot accept your booking or order. Stating your topics is voluntary.
Customer account (optional): On my website, you can voluntarily create a customer account to view your appointments under "My Bookings" and to reschedule or cancel online. For this, I process your name, email address, phone number if provided, and your booking history (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by me. Technically necessary cookies are set for logging in. You can also book without an account. You can have your account deleted at any time by sending an informal email to luca@elchicodelinnergame.com; booking data that I must retain for tax reasons remains unaffected.
To protect against misuse, Google reCAPTCHA by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is used during login and registration. In the process, your IP address and information about your use of the page, among other things, may be transmitted to Google and possibly transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 4. Payment processing
You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal. Card payments and Apple Pay are processed via Wix Payments; PayPal payments are processed via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg. The data required for payment is transmitted directly to the respective payment service provider (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not store complete payment data (e.g. credit card numbers) myself. 5. Online sessions via Zoom
Live sessions take place via Zoom (Zoom Communications, Inc., USA). When you participate, Zoom processes your connection data and – if activated – video and audio. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Zoom is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details: https://zoom.us/privacy
If agreed, I record sessions (e.g. to provide you with the recording or a voice message). This only happens with your knowledge and consent.
6. Contact form
You can send me a message via the contact form on this website. I process the data you enter (name, email address and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and – if your enquiry relates to the conclusion of a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Please do not send health data or other particularly sensitive information via the contact form. For matters of this kind, you can contact me directly by email or provide the relevant information as part of your booking.
I delete your enquiry and the associated data as soon as they are no longer required – usually three years after the enquiry has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Somatic Exercises™ waiting list
On the Somatic Exercises™ page, you can sign up for a waiting list without obligation. I process your first name and email address solely to inform you as soon as this offer becomes available.
The legal basis is your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the corresponding box in the form.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an informal email to luca@elchicodelinnergame.com. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected. After a withdrawal, I will delete your data immediately.
Your data will be deleted at the latest after the notification about the availability of the offer has been sent, unless you have given other consent in the meantime.
8. Feedback and testimonials
After a session, you can voluntarily give me feedback via a form. I process the content of your feedback and – if you provide it – the name under which it should be published. Providing a name is voluntary; you can also enter initials or "anonymous". The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Publication: Only if you expressly agree in the form will I publish your feedback as a testimonial, with the name you have provided, on my website and on my social media channels (Instagram and Facebook, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). Social media posts are publicly visible and are additionally subject to Meta's privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). Your consent is voluntary and not a requirement for giving feedback. Please only include in your feedback what you would also like to see published – in particular, no information about your health that you do not want to share.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to luca@elchicodelinnergame.com. I will then promptly remove your testimonial from my website and my social media channels. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected. I delete feedback without consent to publication as soon as I no longer need it, at the latest after three years.
9. Contact by email
If you send me an email, I process your information to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
My email inbox is operated by Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, as a processor. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Switzerland. Details: https://proton.me/legal/privacy
10. Newsletter and product information
You can subscribe to my newsletter via the form on the newsletter page or optionally as part of a booking. I process your first name and email address to inform you about new offers, dates and content. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Subscribing during the booking process is voluntary and not a requirement for booking. The newsletter is available in German and English; if you sign up via the English form, you will receive the English version.
Subscription uses the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Only after you confirm will I add you to the mailing list. To document your consent, I store the time of sign-up and confirmation as well as the IP address transmitted in the process. The legal basis for this is my obligation to provide evidence under Art. 5(2) and Art. 7(1) GDPR.
If you do not confirm your subscription, I will delete the data you entered after 30 days at the latest. Otherwise, I will store your data until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by sending an informal email to luca@elchicodelinnergame.com; I will then remove your data from the mailing list. I retain the records documenting your consent.
The newsletter is sent and managed via Wix as a processor.
11. Cookies
This website uses cookies – small text files that are stored on your device. Currently, only technically necessary cookies are used, which are required for the operation of the website and the booking and ordering process. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and Section 165(3) TKG 2021.
Via the cookie banner on your first visit, you can decide whether additional cookies (functional, analytical or marketing cookies) may be set. These are only loaded after your active consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the banner.
To manage your consent, I use the consent management service of Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany. Your consent decision and technical data (e.g. shortened IP address, time of consent, device information) are stored so that your decision can be taken into account on future visits and your consent can be documented. The legal basis is my legal obligation to be able to demonstrate consent (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
12. Storage period
I only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular the 7-year retention period under Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code – BAO – for accounting records, including bookings and orders). I delete information about your session topics as soon as it is no longer needed to carry out the session.
13. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. Simply contact me at luca@elchicodelinnergame.com. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
If you withdraw consent you have given, the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

14. Recipients of your data
Your data is received by: Wix as the operator of hosting, the booking system, the shop and forms (processor), Proton as the provider of my email inbox (processor), the integrated payment service providers (Wix Payments, PayPal), Zoom for live sessions, and my accountant or tax advisor as part of my statutory record-keeping obligations. I do not pass on your data to any other third parties.
In case of doubt, this English version is a translation; both language versions have the same content.
