1. Booking and payment

Bookings are made through my website. Payment is due in advance; your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. The contract is concluded when you complete your booking. Austrian law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

2. If something comes up

Life isn’t always easy to plan. If you can’t make your appointment, please write to me as early as possible at luca@elchicodelinnergame.com – up to 48 hours before the appointment, we’ll move it to a new date free of charge. The new appointment must take place within 2 months.

I much prefer rescheduling to cancelling. This work is about you being truly present – and that is often easier on a different day than under pressure.

You can also reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself up to 48 hours in advance via the link in your booking confirmation email.

3. Cancellation

Up to 48 hours before the appointment, you can reschedule or cancel free of charge.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment or do not attend, I charge a flat cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price and refund the rest. If I am able to give the appointment to someone else at short notice, the cancellation fee is waived entirely. You are always free to prove that I incurred no loss or a smaller loss – in that case, the amount will be reduced accordingly.

For Kundalini Yoga group classes, a deadline of 24 hours before the start of the class applies instead.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under section 4.

4. Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. An informal statement by email to luca@elchicodelinnergame.com or the model withdrawal form at the end of this page is sufficient.

As long as the withdrawal period is running, your right of withdrawal takes precedence over the rules in section 3: you will not incur any cancellation fees during this period and will receive a full refund.

If your appointment is more than 14 days after your booking, the withdrawal period ends before the appointment. From then on, the rescheduling and cancellation rules in sections 2 and 3 apply.

If your appointment falls within the 14-day period, the session can only take place if, when booking, you expressly request that I begin the service before the period has expired and confirm that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. You make this declaration actively during checkout; it is documented again in your booking confirmation.

If you withdraw after I have begun the service but before it has been fully performed, you pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided.

5. Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session will be shortened accordingly. The fee remains unchanged.

6. Cancellation on my part

If I have to cancel an appointment for an important reason, I will offer you a new appointment. If no new appointment can be arranged, I will refund the full amount. This also applies if an appointment was accidentally booked twice: I will contact you promptly and either offer you a new appointment or refund the full amount.

7. Multi-part processes

For offers that consist of several consecutive sessions, each session is booked and paid for individually. You can end the process at any time – sessions that have already taken place will not be refunded.

8. Distance sessions without a joint live appointment

For distance sessions that take place without your simultaneous presence, the service begins at the agreed time of the session. Sending me your topics in advance serves solely for my preparation and does not count as the start of the service.

 

9. Requirements for online sessions

For sessions via Zoom, you need a stable internet connection and an undisturbed space where you can be with yourself for the duration of the session. Technical problems on your side that prevent the session from taking place do not count as a cancellation on my part.

10. Please note

My offers are intended as energetic support and do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic or psychological treatment. They are not a form of medical treatment and do not replace a medical examination.

11. Digital products (downloads)

In my shop you can purchase digital content, such as guided audio meditations. The contract is concluded when you complete your order; payment is due in advance. Once payment has been received, you will receive a download link by email.

When purchasing digital content, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal in principle (see section 4). However, it expires as soon as I have begun providing the download, provided you have expressly agreed beforehand that I may begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires and have confirmed that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Section 18 (1) no. 11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, FAGG). You make this declaration actively during the ordering process; I confirm it in your order confirmation email.

The digital content is intended solely for your personal use. Passing it on, copying it or playing it publicly is not permitted.

12. Model withdrawal form
